A makerspace(also referred to as a createlab, createerspace or createspace) is a community-operated, Not For Profit, workspace where people with common interests, often in computers, machining, technology, craft, science, digital art or electronic art, can meet, socialise and collaborate.

If you’re interested in doing interesting things the makerspace is designed with you in mind. The workshop is home to a host of equipment, resources and workspaces to help you realise your ideas.

Create Oldham offers a wide range of meetups and usergroups for topics from textiles to technology. Meetups allow like minded people to get together to share resources and experience, to socialise and collaborate.
